This packaging solution is fully customizable to meet your brand’s unique needs.
Box shape: lid base box
Two piece box---lid and base, lid off box, the lid height usually do 3-4cm.left some space to make open the box easily. If lid do full height as the box, it is better to cut a finger hole which help to open box easier. If you don't like this part, of course you can also cancel it. But keep in mind, lid height higher, the price will more expensive.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper+1500gsm rigid cardboard, thickness about 2.7mm because it is big size. We can customize the size you need and will change the material thickness according your box size. Usually will use 2-3mm thickness cardboard.
Customize logo and design
Simple white logo print on black box, simple designs can also give a sense of elegance. For dark color box, we will use anti-scratch lamination to protect box surface.
Customized design
We can do CMYK or pantone print on coated paper, foil stamping or UV spot logo like below.
Customize insert
We do not place any inserts in this product as per the customer's requirements. For clothing boxes, we usually do tissue paper insert according client request, can print your logo on tissue paper, usually use 17gsm -30gsm paper material.
We also can do other material, such as EVA foam, sponge foam, paper card, cardboard, plastic blister… and the insert will cut out according to your products shape, can hold them well.
