This box is made from a 2.2mm paperboard with a soft, comfy feel, adapt to the feeling of clothes. With dimensions 320x57x210mm (WxDxH) this box is made completely bespoke, meaning we can custom manufacture boxes of any sizes and shapes. With a custom logo of the brands signature shows the detail in which we can print to, as well as being printed on the front face the same logo with details description is printed on the bottom, which shown the advantage of fully customized. These boxes are available with a variety of printing options from single colour to full colour with foil, embossed, UV spot additions and so on.

Box shape magnetic box
This box is standard assembled to ship magnetic box style. The paper cardboard used for this box is 2.2mm wrapper with 157gsm coated paper on surface, with matte film laminated to protect the colorful design from fading.
With strong magnetic seal closing mechanism, perfect for transporting and protecting your garments. We also can customize foldable magnetic box, lid base box, drawer box or other new box style you want.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper and 1200gsm rigid paperboard, thickness about 2.2mm. We can customize the size you need and will change the material thickness according your box size.
For a large size box, we will recommend to use paperboard with thickness 2.5-3mm. The material of the divider is 350gsm-coated paper.
Customize logo
This box is with fully color design with logo in an eye-catching color. Besides normal printing, we also provide after-printing craft like foil stamping, embossed, debossed, UV Spot, etc.
Customized design
The box can printed with any colors or design. Our common printing method: CMYK or Pantone color. Other options for design are foil stamping or embossed, debossed, UV coated.
Customize insert
This box is with paper card divider according to client’s request; we also provide other accessories for clothing box, such as tissue paper, ribbon, sticker… and the insert will be customize according to your request ensure they protect the product well.
For other products, we have EVA, EPE foam, Sponge foam, paperboard, plastic insert too.
