Product Description
We are delighted to introduce the Lid and base boxes we have customized for cosmetic product sets. It is made of 1200GSM white cardboard that is about 2 millimeters thick. The box is printed with a gold foil logo and a black logo. The black paper inside the box can be customized with the logo and your product information.
The box offers an elegant appearance with color printing and matte lamination, complemented by a paper card for internal insertion to secure your products.
Box shape: Lid and base box
Two piece box---lid and base, lid off box, the lid height usually do 3cm.left some space to make open the box easily. If lid do full height as the box, it is better to cut a finger hole which help to open box easier. But keep in mind, lid height higher, the price will more expensive.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper+350gsm white paper card+1200gsm rigid cardboard, thickness about 2mm. We can customize the size you need and will change the material thickness according your box size. Usually will use 2-3mm thickness cardboard.
Customize logo and design
This box sample surface is normal CMYK printing+gold foil logo with matt lamination.
In order to make your box special and high-end, you also can do foil stamping, embossed logo , UV spot. CMYK or pantone printing. A perfect customized packaging can better enhance the value of your product.
