Box shape: lid base box

Two piece box---lid and base, lid off box, the lid height usually do 3cm.left some space to make open the box easily. If lid do full height as the box, it is better to cut a finger hole which help to open box easier. But keep in mind, lid height higher, the price will more expensive. 

Box material

This sample box use 157gsm coated paper+1200gsm rigid cardboard, thickness about 2.3mm because it is big size. We can customize the size you need and will change the material thickness according your box size. Usually will use 2-3mm thickness cardboard.

Customize logo and design

The logo of this box is printed. You can also customize different logos.

Customized design

We can do CMYK or pantone print on coated paper, foil stamping or UV spot logo like below.

Customize insert

This box we do EVA foam according client request, we also can do other material, such as satin cloth insert, sponge foam, paper card, cardboard, plastic blister… and the insert will cut out according to your products shape, can hold them well.
