Lid and base box with neck
This sample box is a special lid and base box, different from normal two-piece box; it is with an inner wall, which we usually called “neck”. The paperboard used for this box is 2.2mm, the surface paper is coated paper, and the paper itself bring fancy feeling to the box.
The craft for this box is gold foil stamping a logo, which make your logo standout and touchable.
The insert is black soft satin cloth, wrap with the products softly.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper and 1200gsm rigid paperboard, thickness about 2.2mm, black statin cloth insert, gold paper for inner box. We can customize the size according to your need and change the material thickness according your box size.
For a large size box, we will recommend to use paperboard with thickness 2.5-3mm.
Customize logo
This box craft with full color print with black pattern. we also can do foil stamping , look shiny and luxury, you can choose foil colors from our foil color chart.
Customized design
The box can printed with any colors or design. Our common printing method: CMYK or Pantone color. Other options for design are foil stamping or embossed, debossed, UV coated.
Customize insert
This box is with black satin cloth according to client’s product size and shape, we also provide other material such as paper card, EPE foam, Sponge foam, Paperboard… and the insert will cut out according to your products shape to protect them well.
