This magnetic box is high quality, customize with specialty paper and 2mm thickness rigid cardboard. The surface of box use the white coated paper. Paper has a matt coated, it is waterproof and oil proof. The internal EVA foam insert can fix your product. The quality is both beautiful and good.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper and 1200gsm rigid paperboard, thickness about 2.2mm. We can customize the size you need and will change the material thickness according your box size. For a large size box, we will recommend to use paperboard with thickness 2.5-3mm.
Customize insert
This box we do EVA foam according client's request, we also can do other material, such as satin cloth insert, sponge foam, paper card, cardboard, plastic blister… and the insert will cut out according to your products shape, can hold them well.
Customized design
The box can printed with any colors or design. Our common printing method: CMYK or Pantone color. Other options for design are foil stamping or embossed, debossed, UV coated.
