Box shape magnetic box
This sample box is normal magnetic box style, paper cardboard box, mostly customers choose this style. We also can customize foldable magnetic box, lid base box, drawer box or other new box style you like.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper+1200gsm rigid cardboard, thickness about 2.2mm. EVA foam glue black velvet. We can customize the size you need and will change the material thickness according your box size. If box size bigger, will use 2.5-3mm thickness cardboard.
Customize insert
This box we do rigid cardboard insert according client request, glue black velvet on foam surface. We also can do other material, such as EVA foam, sponge foam, paper card, cardboard, plastic blister… and the insert will cut out according to your products shape, can hold them well.
CUSTOMIZE LOGO AND DESIGN
This sample box is full color printing. We can print any colors or design on box, usually our printing method: CMYK or pantone printing.
