This sample box use 157gsm coated paper+1200gsm rigid cardboard, thickness about 2.2mm because it is big size. We can customize the size you need and will change the material thickness according your box size. Usually will use 2-3mm thickness cardboard.
Customize logo and design
Colorful d and simple designs can also give a sense of elegance. For dark color box, we will use anti-scratch lamination to protect box surface.

We can do CMYK or pantone print on coated paper, foil stamping or UV spot logo like below.

This box has no insert as per the customer's requirements.
