Two piece box---lid and base, lid off box, the lid height usually do 3- 4cm.left some space to make open the box easily. If lid do full height as the box, it is better to cut a finger hole which help to open box easier. But keep in mind, lid height higher, the price will more expensive.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper+1200gsm rigid cardboard, thickness about 2.2mm because it is big size. We can customize the size you need and will change the material thickness according your box size. Usually will use 2-3mm thickness cardboard.
