ThTwo piece box---lid and base, lid off box, the lid height usually do 4cm.left some space to make open the box easily. If lid do full height as the box, it is better to cut a finger hole which help to open box easier. But keep in mind, lid height higher, the price will more expensive.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper and 1200gsm rigid paperboard, thickness about 2.2mm, black Eva foam with velvet. We can customize the size according to your need and change the material thickness according your box size.
For a large size box, we will recommend to use paperboard with thickness 2.5-3mm.
Customize logo
This box uses printing with white logo, matt lamination. For dark color box, we will use anti-scratch lamination to protect box surface. We also offer different craft about logo. Such as gold foil stamping logo, it will looks shiny and luxury, you can choose foil colors from our foil color chart.
Customized design
The box can printed with any colors or design. Our common printing method: CMYK or Pantone color. Other options for design are foil stamping or embossed, debossed, UV coated.
Customize insert
This box is with black Eva foam with Velvet according to client’s product size and shape, we also provide other material such as paper card, EPE foam, Sponge foam, Paperboard… and the insert will cut out according to your products shape to protect them well.
