Slide open drawer box
This box is a drawer box style, open by a ribbon pull-tab. The paper cardboard used for this box is 2.2mm wrapper with 157gsm coated paper on surface, with anti-scratch film laminated to provide a premium feeling.
We also can customize magnetic box, foldable box, lid base box, or other new box style you want.
Box material
This sample box use 157gsm coated paper+1200gsm rigid cardboard, thickness about 2.2mm. We can customize the size according to your need and change the material thickness according your box size.
For a large size box, we will recommend to use paperboard with thickness 2.5-3mm.
Customize logo
This box 's logo used white color printing. We also offer different crafts on making logo, such as foil stamping. You can choose foil colors from our foil color chart, foil stamping can make logo shiny and charming.
Customized design
The box can printed with any colors or design. Our common printing method: CMYK or Pantone color. Other options for design are foil stamping or embossed, debossed, UV coated.
Customize insert
This box with black sponge foam as client's requirements. We provide other material such as paper card, EPE foam, Sponge foam, Paperboard… and the insert will cut out according to your products shape to protect them well.
